Inter X Design LLC is a Northeast Ohio–based design-build and construction services firm led by a husband-and-wife team with decades of hands-on field experience and project oversight.
We work with residential and light commercial clients—including developers, builders, and design professionals—who value practical planning, realistic budgets, and clear accountability. Our role is to bridge design intent and on-site execution so decisions are made early, risks are identified, and projects move forward with confidence.
By combining direct construction experience with structured project management, Inter X Design helps clients maintain control from early planning through closeout—reducing surprises, improving coordination, and delivering buildable outcomes.
