Our Process
Plan
We review scope, documents, budgets, and constructability early to identify risks, clarify expectations, and establish a realistic path forward.
Execute
We remain actively involved in the field, coordinating trades, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring work aligns with approved plans and real-world conditions.
Close Out
We manage punchlists, documentation, and final coordination to deliver a complete, accountable closeout—no loose ends.

Building Envelope Compliance (BECA) Pilot
As part of our commitment to accountability and risk reduction, Inter X Design LLC is piloting a Building Envelope Compliance process (BECA) focused on early identification of installation risks related to windows, doors, flashing, and weather-resistive barriers.
This pilot program is currently being developed and evaluated in collaboration with select municipalities and project partners. The goal is to improve constructability, reduce failures, and provide clearer documentation during critical stages of construction.
BECA is not a public inspection service and is currently offered only as part of limited pilot engagements.
